Before switching I was assured an At Fault Accident which I disclosed to the Quoting Agent Diana, was included in the almost too good to be true premium. 3 days later after taking my money, I was told whoopsie it went up $400-. I reiterated 3 times to this Agent, "That accident was rated in the quote right"??? Yes, I was assured. Even more diabolical is the Agency Owner JD condoning the actions of his staff!!! No Accountability, NONE! Just justification. I still don't have my money back after being told it would take 7-10 days. Cancel date was the 4th. Don't go here- no matter what!!!!! Fred Ott would be ashamed!!!"
